Brief Posting Desciption: Commercial Real Estate Loan Closing Specialist, Pittsburgh, PA—F/T—Responsible for the integrity of CRE loan closing process.    Detailed Description:  Directly responsible for integrity of loan closing, due diligence, documentation, compliance, booking to system of record, and closing files for assigned customers and loans. Requests and reviews closing documents to ensure the structure and terms of loan conform to credit approval and bank policies, and are appropriately completed prior to closing for new construction loans and non-construction loans secured by real estate, including renewals and modifications.

Responsibilities: Licensed attorney with a minimum of seven to ten years of applicable experience in: Engineering, construction, environmental and base operations support prime contracts with departments/agencies of the Federal Government (DOD and DOE preferred) and related subcontracts; Federal Government proposal/source selection process and bid protests; FAR (and applicable agency supplements and procedures); Preparation and prosecution / defense of claims related to contracts ( preferably involving engineering and construction) with the Federal Government; Project risk identification and management; Business ethics and compliance / governance matters; Establishment and organization of Limited Liability Companies and Joint Ventures Position requires: Regular interaction with business line and management personnel; Ability to work independently; Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills; Ability to work on multiple matters concurrently in a fast paced schedule driven environment; Ability to manage and direct outside counsel.
